Thx. I was wondering if obfs4 could be included in the same file directory to download tor expert bundle from?

Tor clients do not use the Stable flag to select bridges.

 

In fact, Tor clients don't have access to the bridge networkstatus,

so they can't possibly use any of the bridge flags you see on Relay

Search.

 

I've opened this ticket, so we can make that clearer on relay search:
