[tor-relays] Ingoing & Outgoing connections

Hello,

is it possible to achieve this behaviour :

RELAY    RELAY RELAY RELAYRELAY    RELAY

I cant find / undertand the options in torrc documentation.

In fact I would have a "ExitConnectionProxy IP:Port" option.

Any idea ?
