Hi all,
does anyone know how to make a tor relay only use x bandwidth, then
stop? I have a 1100GB/month max limit (100GB free) and I don't want it
automatically suspending. Any ideas?

AccountingMax/AccountingRule: use all the bandwidth as fast as your connection will support, then hibernate the relay using

BandwidthRate/BandwidthBurst: use all the bandwidth at a maximum set rate
