Yeah, I was busy with work and I didn't have time this week to really argue with my MidPhase/Softlayer, so I shut it down for now. I should get some free time today to start emailing the relevant parties. I hope to have it back on tonight. I thought it was easier to shut it down for now, then to ignore them and be taken off permanently.
