Aha - makes sense, I'll just build it myself. Thanks for the quick response.

So - the new handshake in 0.2.4.x doesn't help with the ongoing issues? On that page I linked it was suggested it might...

No, 0.2.4.x means that you make things better for users, but alas it
does not magically make your relay receive fewer circuit create requests.

Read the bold words on that page that start with "Raspbian is not Debian."
