Hi Guys,

As we've scheduled an early AGM for Saturday 19th... we are going
to need to setup the hall on Friday night (18th). I'd suggest we
do this between the hours of 7pm and 9pm. 

Let me know if you can make it along. Be happy to have at least
3-4 sets of arms and legs for this. :)
