[Computerbank] List issues and immediate changes

Hi all,

With recent issues on the mailing list - I am now setting the reply-to back 
to the sender. It is currently set reply to the list. 

This may or may not change - after National Committee meeting. ??

If a post should be seen by the entire group - ie - it is informative or 
replies were requested back to the list (there is a benefit to all) - please 
use common sense and try to reply-to the list. If the reply only made it back 
to the sender of that email - it would be great if the sender could fwd the 
response back to the list as a whole or alternatively they could request that 
the replier do so.
