[Computerbank] Computerbank Australia Inc AGM - Saturday, November 13th at 11am

Hello all,

The Computerbank Australia Inc AGM will be held on Saturday, November 
13th. It will start at 11am. The meeting  will be held at  the Victorian 
Branch of Computerbank, at 92 Rosslyn St, West Melbourne. A tentative 
agenda for the AGM is included below. The final agenda will be sent out 
on Thursday October 21st.

Nominations for positions are to be received by me, no later than 7 days 
before the meeting (ie by 5pm on Saturday 6th November). Nominations can 
only be made by financial members of CAI, and need to be seconded by 
another member. All nominations must be endorsed by the person being 
nominated. A nomination form is located at 
http://www.computerbank.org.au/cai_nomination_form.pdf (direct link).

Proxies must be received 3 days before the meeting (ie by 5pm Wednesday 
10th November), and must be tendered using the appropriate form. The 
proxy form can be found in the CAI Constitution. The direct link to the

can also be obtained by emailing me. :)

Lapsed members have until 7 days before the AGM to renew their 
membership. Monies will not be receipted after this date. Dues can be 
paid by sending a cheque/money order to Computerbank Australia Inc, 92 
Rosslyn St, West Melbourne. VIC. 3003. Dues can also be paid via direct 
debit, please contact me for details if you are interested in paying via 
this method. Victorian members can pay their dues in person.

New members have until Tuesday 19th of October to sign up (the next CAI 
meeting being held on October 20th, and it is not likely that another 
one will be scheduled).
