I just uploaded another prerelease:

(I'll try to get a Windows build for this one, too)

This version has the new handicap event triggers and all
missions have been updated to use them, so you can play on
different difficulty settings. Some of them may still need
a bit of tweaking. Other than that, this is pretty much a
release candidate with an exception in the music department.

The soundtracks are still missing from this tarball but
you can nevertheless already use the tracks Dave posted by
creating a "music" directory in the crimson datadir and
copying "theme.mid" and "default.mid" there.

(Note that if you also used the pre1 snapshot you will want
to delete all levels and saves from that version or you'll
get some (harmless) garbage output on the console on
startup.)
