Poland: Official working week is 40 hours, 8 hours/day. If you work overtime you either get extra money (IANAL, but I think it's twice the amount) or extra free time. That's theory unfortunately :( The normal holiday is 20-26 days a year (thats 4-5 weeks, because only Monday-Friday counts), depending on how long you work (both at this company and overall). And of course you get state holiday and extra day or two of in special cases (like a wedding or funeral in close family). I might not know some minor tweaks to this system.
