Toolbar

Hello,

I think it is time to start working on a toolbar for dr-genius. The canvas code needs some tools for moving, resizing, and deleting plots, and I think the same interface would work well for the figure view, being far easier than using the "Move point" and etc. in the contextual menu.

I propose a global toolbar that has such tool. But the canvas code also need some more things, like graph icons to drag to the canvas. Should it be context sensitive, showing the global tools always and also the tools for the particular mode you are working in? I'd appreciate any comments - it would nice to coordinate the effort with the different modes that have differnet needs in a toolbar. Also, should the toolbar be dockable on the main window like the existing button bar is?
