CVS problem

There is something strange in the cvs, I can't commit change in the
file canvas/Makefile.am The changes i made was needed to make a clean
release.

I got the folowing error :



[hilaire@ilios canvas]$ cvs -z 3 commit Makefile.am 
cvs commit: use `cvs add' to create an entry for Makefile.am 
cvs [commit aborted]:correct above errors first!

If I try :

[hilaire@ilios canvas]$ cvs add Makefile.am 
cvs server: Makefile.am added independently by second party


Anyway I put bellow the canvas/Makefile.am, If someone can succed to
commit it :

canvas/Makefile.am
