[f-cpu] Upload

As promised earlier, fcpu-mr-20030407.tar.gz can now be found on
f-cpu.seul.org.  Major changes in this release:

	* eu_idu/*:
		new integer divide unit

	* eu_asu/iadd.vhdl:
		factored out the CLA procedure

	* eu_shl/shuffle64.vhdl:
		fixed shift count replicator

	* eu_*/Makefile:
		clean work library before testing
