[f-cpu] ERIN32 Presentation

Hi Jeurgen

If you have a FAX available - I think I could send the Handout much cheaper than
REGULAR MAIL.

For FDIV - look in the Textbook  "The Logic of Computer Arithmetic" by Ivan
Flores.  The design of both FMUL & FDIV skips strings of ONE's and Zero's
to obtain results. I will use this process. You will also require a Barrel Shifter
that is common for all processes - Normalize & Round.
