[f-cpu] "stable" source package

hello,

i have started to "cleanup" my local files
in a separate directory and i am preparing
a "stable" release, with all the development
hacks and temporary stuffs removed. I hope that
it will be useful to newcomers (that is : most
of the subscribers :-D). I'll upload it
probably tomorrow on seul.org. I have already
cleaned all the root files and i am entering
the VHDL directory, where most files are located...
There are still hours of work ahead :-)
