[f-cpu] happy birthday, F-CPU !

hi,

according to my archives, The f-cpu project was "created"
on aug. 12th, 1999.

3 years later, a group of f-cpu hackers will meet in Holland,
during the HAL 2001, for promoting, hacking, meeting, and i'm
sure that they still will not believe that the project is
going on :-)

A lot of people have been part of the adventure. I hope that
Lionel will setup the who'swho database soon. However, i wish
more people left their lurkdom.
