I think it could be a good thing to have 3 different book :

1/ A first book for the project history where we can put all old stuff 
so this will not mislead new people.

2/ A book for describing the f-cpu and his execution unit and all 
hardware related informations.

3/ A book for the ISA.

It was more simple for read and update I think.
