Association can't solved the DNS problem, because she didn't pay it. In fact 
you only need to ask your registar to solve this. If you want to change your 
registar, prefer gandy (because some of this guy come at the first jeudi, and 
they didn't cost a lot) and ask the too registar to solve this problem. It's 
all and it's not a job for association.

Protect trade mark in europe cost a lot, and creating an association will not 
help to have money. In fact it's a French F-CPU association that you want to 
create, so it can't be a possibility for this association to proctect trade 
mark in europe.

And what did you want to do during this 6 months with the association ? The 
only interrest I currently see to the association is for sponsoring for 
licence and hardware, it's all.

I think it's not as clear as you expected, so first clear the problem before 
starting something. First a good idea will be to say, what the association 
can do for the project.
