[f-cpu] Branding in Germany

Hello,

last saturday GAOS e.V. (http://gaos.org) decided that GAOS can organize a
collection of bounties to register F-CPU brandings and to manage the
registration procedure.

GAOS e.V. want to do some more, but in these days GAOS e.V. is not able to
raise enough money with its own power to support full branding 
registration.

To initiate the registration there is a minimum fee of about 500 DM (it
implicates additional fees), but
without guarantees and without investigation about titles, brandings or
trademarks. 

If we really need the registration, GAOS e.V. wants to investigate about
total costs and GAOS offers to manage the registration and collection
process (with guarantee to payback if registration fails)
