I know about. But I think that the eps-files would not change too often
and if they change there will be a marginal similarities between two
versions. With binaries there were no saving of diffs but copying/adding
of whole binaries.

Even so I think EPS-files as binaries are a better choice.

I know. But the compiling is described in INSTALL
