[f-cpu] f-cpu stories/open collector

Hi,

I put a couple of f-cpu stories on OpenCollector. Since it moved to a new
machine, there have been various bits that I've discovered don't work
(different version of perl, apache user is no longer 'nobody' etc etc).
The webring should now be working again, but there may still be problems
with the news pages.. I'd appreciate any bug reports :-)
