Did you read "A Case for Persistence" in 'Software Development
Magazine sep 1998 page 69' ? I'm affraid in the desert _all_ 
work has to be done. No fear for duplicate work is in order. 
I'll ask Scott Ambler what he thinks of my persistence definition

as Miller-Freeman finally have their web-presence in shape.
