Have you checked out tools on the link page? I had a look
at a GPL-ed tool called Fujiba that looks interesting:

It does uml, reverse engineering, patterns and story diagrams. The latter
seems a bit intriguing. Is it something that is really usable?? Or is it
simply an interesting academic exercise?
