added a bunch of stuff to the model. hopefully this is clear enough
to see where I'm coming from. let me know what's not clear.

next: making the computation of the expected value metric look nicer
then : actually getting the probability for the "no reputation system"
case -- basically ask "if I pick one of the m choose k subsets and 
members fail with such and such probabilities, what's my chance of
dying?"
