* finished the section on ciphertext collision resistance, including anna's
comments and so on

* fleshed out the section on model a bit. ran into a problem in how
exactly to define the random variable in section 7

I can compute what the probability of success is for a sender 
picking mix nodes for a receiver. I need to know the expected
probability of success. but right now if I blindly take the expectation
of the random variable I have defined, I will get the expected number
of bad nodes picked. which isn't what we want at all. 

I think I need to define an indicator random variable which is 1 with
probability p_B(0) -- as defined in the section, and then take the
expected value of *that*.
