Log Message:

Added MIX Model section.

Added discussion of old-style "robustness" vs. our notion of reliability.
Pointed out that the two approaches are easy to compose. 

What I want - read over and see if the model makes sense. 

TO DO for me :
	* Calculations in section 6 and 7 (I think we can 
	circulate without this, though; it doesn't make much of 
	a substantial difference)
	
	* Look for more receipt-using MIXes.
