I moved freehaven cvs

All of Free Haven, including cvsroot, moved from belegost to moria today.

So I guess if you were being good and calling your CVSROOT
:ext:username@freehaven.net, then all is still well. But most of us
called it by the hostname, so that is now changed.

I moved hopwood's account over to moria, but for the rest of you, you
should contact me to get a moria account if you don't already have one.
