My thoughts are about the same as roger's on this. It's a neat idea,
and a cool project, but it's a different project. this doesn't mean it
oughtn't be thought about though...

you're machine might be supporting terrorists. If I post encrypted
data, I can give it a cover letter claiming to be whatever good
wholesome cause is popular, and really stash whatever... Since it's
boils down to trusting what the data owner says about the data, why
not have them rate/describe the data in a more machine friendly
manner? That way servers wouldn't need human operators.
