[freehaven-dev] Terminology: "fragment" --> "share" ??

Perhaps it would be more consistent with existing terminology to use
the term "share" rather than "fragment".  The term "fragment" makes
one think of a strict copy of some part of the original document,
whereas "share" is conventionally used with secret-sharing schemes to
denote a mathematically-derived value that can later be used to
reconstruct the document.  This is more appropriate for what we are
talking about.
