Ulf Moller is supposedly maintaining Mixmaster. His page is at 

http://www.thur.de/home/ulf/mix/

It contains a link to Mixmaster version 2, and a "preview" version of
Mixmaster 3, version 2.9b8.

I'm trying to subscribe to the MIX-L mailing list referenced on the page.
Every mail sent to the subscribe address bounces, unfortunately. So I've
sent off e-mail to perry@jpunix.com , who seems to be responsible for the
machine holding these mailing lists.
