Summary: Patch to compile on Cygwin

Initial Comment:
Attached is a context-diff showing the changes I had to
make to compile and install gEDA on Cygwin 1.5.19.

When I installed Cygwin, I installed the entire
available distribution to ensure that I would have
everything necessary.

Unfortunately, geda_docs wouldn't build because
latex2html is missing from cygwin. I downloaded it
from
http://saftsack.fs.uni-bayreuth.de/~latex2ht/node6.html,
hacked L2hos.pm to get it to force a unix-style build
instead of a Windows one, and installed it.

After making my changes and installing latex2html,
everything compiled and installed cleanly (although the
images in the html docs are broken - problem cause by
mixing tex and latex, I'm guessing...

I've only begun playing around with gEDA so I can't
comment on stability at the moment.
