Summary: Show translators where they can contribute

Initial Comment:
As a translator, and after a quick search, I could not find anywhere in the documentation where I could contribute with a translation in my language.

I then found out that you are using Launchpad Translations, so I think it would be a good idea to add a menu entry in the About menu directing translators to the translation pages. This can be achieved using the Launchpad Integration package (using only a the translation entry if other resources, such as bugs, are external to Launchpad): https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDevelopment/Internationalisation/RecipeAddingLPI

This would give much more visibility to gEDA translations and I'm sure it would allow it being better translated to many languages.
