gEDA-bug: [Bug 706346] Re: gschem: undo can restore view to wrong aspect ratio
Excuse me for my intervention, but I also want to get rid of this bug.
I've applied the patch and recompiled. The bug is still present and it affects
only the firstly opened page. If I open another page and then close the first,
the bug does not appear for the second page. For the first page it appears
every time I undo the very first change.
I use wmii (tiling wm).

Title:
gschem: undo can restore view to wrong aspect ratio
Status in GPL Electronic Design Automation tools:
In Progress
Bug description:
Steps to reproduce:
1) start gschem - new schematic is opened
2) draw a line
3) undo
After undo viewport is restored to show whole title page. But the
aspect ratio of the view is incorrect.
Note: I use tiling window manager, so the initial window is not created with default coordinates.
Maybe gschem assumes the initial window position is not changed by the window manager?
When creating new pages/opening schematics from menu the initial
window is shown with correct aspect ratio and zoom is adjusted to view
whole contents of the schematic.
