Summary: No ordering requirement for attribute attach/detach

Initial Comment:
It would be more intuitive if gschem allowed attributes that were being attached or detached to be selected in any order.

The situation today is that an object, such as a component, must be selected first. The next selection should be the attribute, e.g., footprint. Finally the "attach attribute" command is executed.

I am looking for the ability to select the attribute, then the object, and then execute "attach attribute".

>From a UI-design perspective this makes more sense because it is the attribute I'm interested in so it is the attribute I should be selecting.
