Summary: A couple of SPICE devices

Initial Comment:
It would be nice to include in the spice-sdb backend support for the following SPICE components:

* Current-controlled switch
* Non-linear dependent source

That being done, there would be complete support for SPICE 3 basic devices in gschem/gnetlist.
