Summary: Feature request: fill-able polyline

Initial Comment:
A polyline feature allowing filled polygons would be a nice feature for creating prettier symbols.  I know it's just cosmetic, but unfortunately cosmetics matter.  Is something like this in the works already?  If not, I'd be willing to pitch in to get it done.
