Initial Comment:
If there are two or more objects within hit range for gschem, we should enforce a timeout after a click before we accept a subsequent click as a click-cycle action.

Assuming the timeout is greater than the system threshold for triggering a double-click, this prevents a double-click accidentally cycling away from the object you intended to double-click on
