Title:
Odd behaviour when loading empty schematic

Status in GPL Electronic Design Automation tools:
  Invalid

Bug description:
When opening gattrib without a schematic on the command line, a file selection dialog is displayed. If a schematic without any components in it is selected, the error message dialog box pops up behind the still-visible file selection dialog, and won't come to the front.

This caused quite some confusion!

The behaviour should ideally be:

- User selects file.
- User clicks "Open".
- gattrib hides file dialog.
- gattrib checks file is okay.
- gattrib displays error message.
- User clicks "OK".
- gattrib redisplays file dialog.

(Bug initially found by Peter Clifton).
