Summary: Quote problematic pin names in pcbpins

Initial Comment:
Pin names with commas or close parens cause problems in PCB.  A recent patch to PCB added support for quoted arguments to action script.  This patch changes the pcbpins back end to quote pin names if they contain a comma or close parenthesis.   I didn't just quote all string so that for people without the functionality in pcb, non-problematic strings won't be affected, and problematic strings will just be a little weirder.
