Summary: Ability to keep non symbol objects locked over a save

Initial Comment:
If you place objects like boxes and lines into a schematic (say to group different areas), it would be useful to be able to lock that box against accidental movement and editing.

Currently, you can lock and un-lock non-symbol objects, but this doesn't persist as saved state within the schematic file.
