Summary: gschem: problems with mixed EOLs between unix/windos

Initial Comment:
This bug was reported by Thomas Arndt:

-----------
There is a problem if i try to open a schematic under mingw32/gschem
release.

Windows/Linux problem:
- creating a project under linux (checkin into svn) and checkout under
windows
everything is fine! (SVN take care of EOL if the file is marked as ASCII)
BUT:
- creating a project under linux (checkin into svn) and COPY to windows
there are "?" at each object in a gschem schematic

Linux/Windows problem:
- creating a project under windows (checkin into svn) and checkout under
linux
everything is fine! (SVN take care of EOL if the file is marked as ASCII)
BUT:
- creating a project under windows (checkin into svn) and COPY to linux
there are "?" at each object in a gschem schematic

I think gschem should accept both line ends in case of loading a schematic.
If gschem save the schematic the platform dependent EOL should be used.
------------

Werner's notes:
I've created a schematic with windows EOLs with unix2dos. The schematic loads fine, but gschem complains about unknown characters (0x0d).
I couldn't reproduce the problem with the missing components.

Regards
Werner
