gEDA-bug: nanosleep on solaris for gManager (geda)

The current ./configure checks and Makefile.am files in the gManager (geda)
project do not setup the HAVE_NANOSLEEP #define on Solaris. This is because
nanosleep is in a separate library on Solaris. This needs to be fix in the
next release of gEDA/gaf.

Do a google for nanosleep and automake/autoconf to get the correct way of
setting this up.

Without this fix, geda will consume 100% of the cpu on Solaris.
