Summary: gschem: Components don't snap to grid

Initial Comment:
If a component is moved, it does not snap to the
current grid but is simply moved in integer amounts of
the current grid. If a component somehow got placed to
odd coordinates it cannot be realigned to the grid by
the move action.
Move should align the selected component to the grid
like a new component would be placed.
