Summary: gschem: page manager confused about hierarchy

Initial Comment:
The page managers ability to deal with a hierarchy of sub sheets seems to have suffered in recent versions of gschem. I used to load all sheets of a project at once with
	gschem *.sym
All of the files were shown as a flat list in the project manager. If I decided to use the hierarchical symbols on the top sheet to dive into the sub sheets, the representation in the page manager changed. The sub sheet
moved directly under the the top sheet line and a bit to the right. Thus the page manager reflected the hierarchical position of the sub sheet.

Most of this is still working except that in the page manager the sub sheet is not moved, but copied. This leaves me with two entries of the same sheet. Unfortunately both entries can be edited independently. This opens a can of worms like conflicting edits and saves.
I get additional copies if I repeatedly dive down from the top sheet with shift-h-d. A save-all produces a copy of all sub sheets shown in the page manager.

I see this behaviour in v 1.5.0.20080127, downloaded and compiled on Mar 8, 2008.
