Summary: Regression: Crash when moving "updated" components

Initial Comment:
It seems when we "update" a component (Edit->Update), the old bits removed are not taken out of the tile system, leading to a crash when moving the component.

Reproduction:

open gschem
Place component, e.g. aop-std-1.sym
Edit->Update
EITHER:
Move component -> CRASH
OR:
Exit gschem (without saving) -> OOPS! t_current->objects had something in it when it was freed!

Also - as an aside, update component isn't properly re-selecting
attributes which were previously selected, after having updated the
component.
