gEDA-bug: [Bug 716051] Re: Some gnetlist backends overflow the stack.

I just tried the usual suspects of gnetlist backends with my current
fairly large project -- pin count 4743.

Result: bom2 and gsch2pcb from current head do not crash even in abcence
of a stack set to some high value.

I'll mark the bug as "Won't Fix" because the bug report relates to stable.
Thanks for fixing!

Title:
Some gnetlist backends overflow the stack.

Status in GPL Electronic Design Automation tools:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
Some gnetlist backends crash because of stack overflow when confronted
with moderately complex boards. Backends known to crash this ay are
bom2 and drc2. This is a long standing issue, that frequently catches
newbies. The gnetlist FAQ contains the advice to increase the stack at
  least since 2006.

Suggestion: Include the advice of the FAQ in the system-gentlistrc.

Long term solution would of course be better stack management.
