Summary: gnetlist: use "-g help" to list available backends

Initial Comment:
This patch adds a function to "gnetlist.c" that lists
all gnetlist backends that can be used with the "-g"
option.

This is implemented by listing all files in the
specified scheme directory that start with "gnet-" and
end in ".scm".

The function gets called if gnetlist is called with the
"-g help" command line argument.

The obvious problem with this patch is that you can't
have a backend with the name "help".
