Summary: provide list of required footprints

Initial Comment:
It would be useful if gsch2pcb could provide a list of the required footprints. This is helpful when the footprint attribute has been attached in gschem but the footprint does not exist. That list can be used to easily work through the required footprints.

e.g. IPC footprints SOIC127P600X175-8M and RESC1608X50M are attached to multiple components but do not exist in footprint library. gsch2pcb returns a footprint not found line for each refdes. Required footprint list would have single line for each footprint

SOIC127P600X175-8M
RESC1608X50M

Footprint creator can work through list and then run gsch2pcb again.
