Summary: gschem segfaults when pasting buffer

Initial Comment:
- gEDA/gschem version 1.4.1.20080929
- Built from source on OpenSuse 10.3 platform
- I have seen this problem on earlier versions of gschem
- I opened two moderately complex pages, copied a component from one page, pasted to another; after doing this a few times, segmentation fault is thrown.
- Sometimes the segfault occurs during copy, other times during paste.
- All components being copied/pasted are embedded.
- gdb spew in attached file.
