Summary: Fix make targets in libgeda doxygen generation

Initial Comment:
In git HEAD, the Makefile template in libgeda/docs calls make in the images/ subdirectory. It needs to call 'make images' in the images subdirectory before trying to build the PDF doxygen output. Patch attached corrects this.
